衢州市铁路网布局规划研究

衢州作为浙西地区重要的政治、经济、文化中心和旅游城市,具有浙、闽、晥、赣四省边际交通枢纽的区位优势。对接好国家以及浙江省中长期铁路网规划,完善市域内的铁路网布局,对实现将衢州市培育成为浙、闽、赣、皖四省边际中心城市的发展目标,实现全面建成小康社会奋斗目标具有重要的意义和作用。对衢州市铁路网发展的现状进行分析和梳理,然后探讨衢州市铁路网现状存在的问题,接着确定衢州市未来铁路网发展的目标,提出衢州市铁路网布局规划方案,最后对布局方案进行定性的评价。

As the political, economic and cultural center and an important tourist city in West Zhejiang Province, Quzhou has the advantages of Zhejiang and Fujian, Wan, Jiangxi Province four marginal traffic hub location. By docking the middle and long term railway network planning of the country as well as Zhejiang Province, it is pressing for Quzhou to perfect the layout of the railway network, which is signicant and meaningful for Quzhou to cultivate the marginal central cities of Zhejiang, Fujian, Jiangxi and Anhui provinces and realizing the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way. At first, this essay Analyes and untangles the current situation of the development of Quzhou railway network. Secondly, in order to determine the goal of the development of the future railway network in Quzhou, the existing problems of the current situation has been discussed.Finally, this essay put forward the appropriate layout plan of Quzhou railway network on which a qualitative evaluation has been carried out at the same time.
