摘要
为探究建筑企业应用BIM的激励机制,针对不同策略下政府和企业各自的成本和收益,基于演化博弈理论构建了BIM应用中政府与企业的演化博弈模型,分析了BIM应用中政府与企业的博弈过程。博弈分析结果显示:该系统的演化结果敏感依赖于初始时双方对各自策略的选择比例,而这种比例会受到选择这种策略带给双方收益大小的影响。文章基于演化博弈分析结果,提出了针对性的策略建议。
In order to explore the incentive mechanism of construction enterprises application BIM, this paper, which is based on their respective costs and benefits of government and construction enterprises under the different strategies, uses evolutionary game theory to construct the evolutionary game model between government and construction enterprises in the application of BIM and analyzes the game process between government and construction enterprises in the application of BIM. The results of the game analysis show that: the evolutionary results of the system sensitively depend on the selection proportion of their respective strategy at the beginning and this proportion is affected by the outcomes of choosing this strategy. Based on the results of the evolutionary game analysis, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
