摘要
针对高速公路路线方案影响因素众多且关系复杂的特点,提出路线方案综合评价模型。本文结合高速公路选线特点,基于指标体系的设置原则,从经济、技术、社会、环境和安全等方面,构建了多因素、多层次的路线方案评价指标体系。分析各种现代评价方法的适用范围及其优缺点,提出两种评价方法有机组合的思路,并根据高速公路建设项目的特点及所确定的指标体系,进行方案的综合评价。将建立的三种综合路线方案优选模型通过实例分析比选出最优方案,验证优选模型的可行性和实用性,并讨论不同优选模型的优劣。结果表明,优选模型具有可操作性和实用性,为路线方案的比选提供了新方法。
In view of the numerous and complicated characteristics of the highway route plan's influential factors, a comprehensive evaluation model of the route plan is put forward. Combined with the characteristics of expressway route selection and based on the setting principle of index system, this paper constructs a multi factor and multi-level evaluation index system from the aspects of economy, technology, society, environment and safety. This paper analyzes the applicable scope, advantages and disadvantages of various modern evaluation methods, puts forward the idea of combining the two evaluation methods together, and makes comprehensive evaluation of the schemes according to the characteristics of expressway construction projects and the determined index system. The three comprehensive route plan optimization models are compared to select optimal scheme through case analysis, and the optimal scheme is selected to verify the feasibility and practicability of the optimization model, and the advantages and disadvantages of different optimization models are discussed. The results show that the optimized model is operable and practical, and provides a new method for the optimization of route scheme.
