穗莞深城际深圳机场至前海段是深圳航空城与前海中心之间重要的组团快线,本文通过分析该线路沿线的综合开发方案设计,旨在探索线路沿线综合开发的策略与方法,探讨在土地资源稀缺地区土地综合开发应采取的思路与框架,为今后同类型项目的沿线土地综合开发提供一定的参考。

As part of the intercity railway from guangzhou through dongguan to shenzhen, Shenzhen airport to Qianhai railway will become an important group express line between the Shenzhen air city and the Qianhai center. In this paper, through the analysis of the design of comprehensive development plan along the line, with the purpose of searching the strategies and methods of comprehensive development along the line,and discussing the ideas and framework for the comprehensive development of land in the area where land is scarce,to provide some reference for the the same type project in the future.
