摘要
研究旨在对促卵泡素受体(FSHR)基因多态性与鸡繁殖性状的关联进行探讨。随机采取365只京海黄鸡母鸡的血样,采用PCR单链构象多态性技术和DNA测序技术对京海黄鸡FSHR基因外显子1和外显子10的多态性进行分析,然后和京海黄鸡的繁殖性状进行关联分析。结果表明:在第1外显子的158 bp处发生C→T的突变(g.C158T),形成AA、AB和BB三种基因型,第10外显子的129 bp处发生了C→T的突变(g.C75429T),形成CC、CD和DD三种基因型。关联分析发现AB基因型300日龄产蛋数显著高于AA基因型(P<0.05),CC和CD基因型的开产日龄显著早于DD基因型(P<0.05),因此可初步推断FSHR基因与京海黄鸡的繁殖性能密切相关。
The objective of this study was to explore the association between follicle-stimulating recepter(FSHR)gene polymorphisms and reproductive traits in chicken. PCR-SSCP and DNA sequencing technology were used to explore the polymorphisms of exon1 and exon 10 of FSHR gene in 365 Jinghai Yellow chicken. The relationship between polymorphisms of FSHR gene and reproductive traits of the Jinghai Yellow chicken was analyzed. The results showed that T→C mutation at 158 base site in exon1(g.C158 T) formed three genotypes of(AA, AB and BB) and T→C mutation at 129 base site in exon 10(g.C75429 T) formed three genotypes of(CC, CD and DD) of this gene were detected.The association analysis showed that individuals with AB genotype had higher egg number at 300 days than that with AA genotype(P〈0.05), individuals with CC and CD genotypes had earlier age at first egg at 6 weeks than that with DD genotype(P〈0.05). It can be preliminarily deduced that the FSHR gene is closely related to the reproduction performance of Jinghai yellow chicken.
