摘要
儿童过敏性鼻炎（变应性鼻炎）（以下简称鼻炎）和支气管哮喘（以下简称哮喘）是临床上最常见的呼吸道过敏性疾病,是由肥大细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、淋巴细胞等多种细胞和细胞组分参与的气道慢性炎症性疾病.鼻炎具有鼻痒、流涕、喷嚏和鼻塞 4大症状;哮喘具有气道高反应性,临床上表现为喘息、咳嗽、胸闷、气促等症状,这些症状可通过治疗或规避变应原和触发因素后缓解.
