聚酯中有关低聚物的研究

Study on oligomers in polyester

采用萃取法作为聚酯中低聚物的提取方法,通过对萃取时间的确定和萃取粒径大小达到对聚酯中低聚物的完全提取,并以此来计算聚酯中低聚物的含量。对萃取得到的物质采用红外光谱分析其结构特征,采用差示扫描量热法对萃取物的组成及热性能进行了探讨。

The extraction method is used as the extraction method of oligomer in polyester. By determining the extraction time and the particle size of extraction,the oligomer in polyester is extracted completely,and the content of oligomer in polyester is calculated. The structure characteristics of the extracted materials is analyzed by infrared spectroscopy. The composition and thermal properties of the extracts are investigated by differential scanning calorimetry.
