盛元聚酯380 t/d扩容技改

380 t/d capacity increase technical transformation of PET plant in Shengyuan Petrochemical Company

针对聚酯装置增容改造可行性进行分析,从PTA输送系统、浆料系统、酯化系统、缩聚和真空系统着手,对原有装置的部分设备进行了改造,对工艺管线进行了局部整改,对生产工艺进行相应地调整,使装置的生产能力从300 t/d提高到380t/d。改造后的设备运行稳定,大幅度降低了生产成本,产品品质达到增容前的水平,取得了明显的经济效益。

The feasibility of the capacity increase transformation of polyester plant was analyzed. Starting from the PTA conveying system,the slurry system,the esterification system,the polycondensation and the vacuum system,some equipments of the original plant were modified,and the process pipeline was partially transformed. Corresponding adjustment was carried out on the production process so that the production capacity increased from 300 t/d to 380 t/d. The operation of the modified equipment was stable,the production cost wass greatly reduced,the product quality reaches the level before capacity increase,and obvious economic benefits were obtained.
