摘要
通过冷却装置的创新性设计,开发出新产品花样涤纶长丝。研究了新增关键配件挡风滑板的大小、动程及移动速率对熔体可纺性和纤维性能的影响,并对改造后纺丝工艺进行优化。结果表明:挡风滑板的高度10 cm,宽度与侧吹风网同宽,动程10 cm,滑板速率在1.5~3.0 m/s比较合适;卷绕速度为3 800 m/min,第一、二热辊温度分别为92℃和128℃,油架位置在1 250 mm。
Through the innovative design of the cooling device,a new product pattern polyester filament was developed. The effects of the size,moving range and moving rate of the new key parts windshield slide plate on the melt spinnability and fiber performance were studied,and the spinning process post-modification was optimized. The results show that the height of the windshield slide plate is 10 cm,the width of it is the same as that of the side blowing net,the moving range is 10 cm,the slide plate speed is 1. 5 - 3. 0 m/s,the winding speed is 3 800 m/min,the first and second hot roller temperatures are 92 ℃ and 128 ℃ respectively,and the oil rack position is 1250 mm.
