Influencing factors and optimized treatment measures of diethylene glycol content in PET products

对聚酯产品二甘醇含量的影响因素进行分析,仔细分析原料及生产过程中各个控制环节如酯化反应n(EG)/n(PTA),酯化温度、酯化压力、酯化反应停留时间对聚酯产品二甘醇的影响,通过研究确定生产优化控制方案,从而使得聚酯产品二甘醇含量降低且指标稳定。

The influence factors of diethylene glycol content in polyester products were analyzed. The effects of raw materials and various control links such as n（ EG）/n（ PTA）,the esterification temperature,the esterification pressure and the residence time of esterification on diethylene glycol content in polyester products were carefully analyzed. Through the study,the optimum control scheme of production was determined,so that the content of diethylene glycol in polyester product was reduced and the index was stable.
