Analysis on maintenance of extraction unit and start operation of disproportionating unit in aromatics combination plant

针对石化行业芳烃联合装置抽提单元检修期间,没有甲苯产出,歧化单元因无甲苯原料被迫停工的状况,进行工艺技术分析,提出了抽提单元检修期间歧化单元可开工的科学依据和具体措施。

In view of the fact that there is no toluene output during the maintenance of the extraction unit of the aromatics combined plant in petrochemical industry,and the disproportionation unit is forced to shut down due to the absence of toluene raw material,the process and technology analysis is carried out. The scientific basis and concrete measures for the start operation of the disproportionated unit during the maintenance of the extraction unit are put forward.
