温针灸操作技术发展现状及问题分析

Analysis on the development status and problems of operation technology of warming needle moxibustion

温针灸疗法结合了针刺和艾灸的双重功效,在针灸科临床应用广泛、疗效显著,但同时存在温度不易控制、容易烫伤等问题。近年来针对温针灸操作技术,有很多改良与发明,旨在扬长避短、增效减副,但很多发明专利尚未在临床推广应用。文章就温针灸疗法目前存在的问题及其对策进行总结分析,提出温针灸的点燃位置以艾炷下端距皮肤2~3cm,并从下端点燃施灸较为合理,建议采用一种温针灸专用的一次性毫针,既可以保证临床疗效的正常发挥又能避免烫伤事件。

Warming needle moxibustion combines acupuncture with moxibustion, which are widely used in acupuncture clinic and with significant effect, but this technique still remains some issues to be solved, such as temperature controlling and burning skin. In recent years, many developments and inventions had promoted to improve the efficacy and safety of warming needle moxibustion, but they were rarely uesd in clinical practice. This paper reviewed the current problems and developments of countermeasures in warming needle moxibustion therapy and suggested that the appropriate lighting position was 2-3 cm from the lower end of the moxa, which was more reasonable. What＇s more, it was recommended to use a disposable needle for warming needle moxibustion, which could not only ensure the normal development of clinical efficacy but also avoid scald events.
