张从正是金元四大家中攻下派的代表人物,强调邪留正伤,邪去正安。但张从正应用补法也别具特色,如补益常从脾肾入手,参以收敛;气血多双补,佐以调畅气机之品;体质弱者,不孟浪用药,用人参扶助正气;补阴喜用新鲜药物取汁;养生推崇食疗。这为我们临床更好应用补法提供了参考。

ZHANG Cong-zheng is the representative of four famous doctors in Jin and Yuan dynasty. He is good at the method of purgation and emphasized that the pathogenic factor stays, the vital qi is damaged, while the pathogenic factor dispells, the vital qi is relieved. In addition, ZHANG Cong-zheng＇s tonifying method is distinctive. For example, he applied tonifying method begin with spleen and kidney, and accompanied by converged method; tonifying qi and enrich the blood were often at the same time, and accompanied by regulating qi activity of Chinese medicine; the medication for physically weak patients could not be too violent, with ginseng to help health qi; tonifying yin used fresh medicine juice; preserve one＇s health favour dietary therapy. This will provide a reference for our clinical better application of tonifying method.
