Experience of professor ZHAO Yu-yong to treat membranous nephropathy is introduced. On the basis of analyzing the difference between syndrome of blood stasis and collateral disease, professor ZHAO proposes that ＇kidney collateral stasis＇ is the key to its pathogenesis. A variety of dredging collateral methods are adopted, including Xinxuan Touluo, Jiedu Qingluo, Huoxue Souluo, Qufeng Tongluo, Sanjie Tongluo, and Rongyang Buluo, then dredging methods combines tonifying methods. Insect drugs with dredging collateral are introduced emphatically. Multi-path, multi-target to treat the disease provides new ideas and methods for the clinic.
