王新陆先生学验俱丰,思维活跃,每以"继承不泥古,创新不离宗"为旨,博极医源,精勤不倦,屡立新论,临床疗效显著。其处方用药、服法、剂型灵活,传统整体观念与现代药理靶点研究有机结合,常老药新用,同时又深入挖掘体悟、严格坚守经典中方药的原本用意、炮制方法,对中药的性味、归经、配伍用心慎密,收放自如,处方中药都要加注炮制方法、产地。先生灵活而又严谨的临床风格值得后辈学习。文章通过对先生临床处方用药"活、新、守、慎"特色的总结,以窥先生学术思想之一斑。

Academic and clinical experience of Mr WANG Xin-lu is rich. His thought is active. He takes ‘inheritance but not rigidly adhere to the ancient, innovation but not departure from the original intention＇ as his essence. He has enough understanding of the source and future direction of medicine and learns diligently and carefully. He has repeatedly created new theories, and his clinical effects are remarkable. His prescription and medication, decoction method and dosage form are flexible. The traditional holistic concept is organically combined with modern pharmacological target study. Old herbs are often used for new purposes, while he has deeply excavated understanding, and strictly adhered to the original intentions and processing methods of classical Chinese medicine. He has paid great attention to the nature and flavor, channel tropism, concerted application of traditional Chinese medicine, and he has a perfect command of them. The traditional Chinese medicines of prescriptions should be added in processing methods and places of production.
