十味败毒汤属于经典汉方,出自华冈青州的《疡家方筌》,方由荆芥、防风、独活、樱皮、桔梗、川芎、干姜、茯苓、柴胡、甘草10味药组成。功能祛风除湿、散寒消脓,用以改善患者的过敏性体质及易化脓体质。文章对十味败毒汤的组方进行分析,整理该方的现代药理研究,并分享3个临床运用该方治疗皮肤病的验案,以供同道探讨。

Shiwei Baidu Decoction belongs to classical Chinese prescription. It comes out of Yangjia Fangquan. Shiwei Baidu Decoction is composed of ten herbs, such as Herba Schizonepepetae, Radix Saposhnikoviae, Radix Angelicae Pubescentis, Sakura Skin, Radix Platycodonis, Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, Rhizoma Zingiberis, Poria, Radix Bupleuri, Radix Glycyrrhizae. It has functions of dispelling wind and eliminating dampness and dispelling cold and clearing pus, which improves the patients＇ allergic constitutions and easy to fester constitutions. The component of Shiwei Baidu Decoction was analyzed and its modern pharmacological researches were sort out in this paper, and three medical proved cases of Shiwei Baidu Decoction treating skin disease were shared in order to explore.
