麻木是以局部或全身肌肤感觉障碍的临床常见病症,病因复杂。张智龙教授在周围神经病变治疗方面具有丰富的经验,形成了独特的见解。其认为引起该病的主要病机是"少阳枢机不利,当从肝论治",少阳位于半表半里之处,主调和阴阳表里之邪,方药以小柴胡汤为主方,临证时形成了"麻取少阳"的治疗特色。

Numbness is a common clinical disease with local or systemic skin disorders, and its etiology is complicated. Professor ZHANG Zhi-long has accumulated rich experience in the treatment of peripheral neuropathy and has formed a unique view. He believes the main pathogenesis of the disease is ‘dysfunction of the pivot of shaoyang, treating it from liver＇. The shaoyang is located in semi-exterior-interior, governing regulating the pathogenic qi of yin, yang, exterior and interior. He takes Xiaochaihu Decoction as main prescription and has formed the characteristics of ‘treating numbness by shaoyang＇ in clinical treatment.
