CUI Yu-heng's experience of eight methods in treating morbid vaginal discharge

带下病属中医妇科临床常见病证,发病率高,病情缠绵,反复发作,不易速愈,常并见月经经期延长、周期缩短、经间期不规则出血等情况,导致流产、不孕症、妊娠期宫内感染、胎膜早破等疾病。如治不及时或不彻底,致使病程迁延曰久者,还会出现失眠、神经衰弱、焦虑、抑郁等神经精神症状,严重影响女性的身心健康。崔玉衡教授灵活运用中医辨证论治思想,对带下病进行中医分型治疗,将带下病分为八型,治以八法,并从饮食、起居、情致等方面进行调理,临床取得满意疗效。

Morbid vaginal discharge is a common clinical disease of TCM gynecology, with high incidence, lingering disease, repeated attack and slow recovery. It often accompanys with prolonged menstrual period, shortened cycle and irregular bleeding during menstrual period, leading to miscarriage, infertility, intrauterine infection during pregnancy, premature rupture of membranes and other diseases. If the treatment is not timely or complete, the patient with prolonged illness will also suffer from insomnia, neurasthenia, anxiety, depression and other neuropsychiatric symptoms, which will seriously affect women＇s physical and mental health. Professor CUI applied the theory of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment flexibly, and divided the diseases under his belt into eight types. He treated the diseases under his belt with eight methods, and from the diet, the living, the sentiment and other aspects of recuperation, clinical results were satisfactory.
