中医外治法在不射精症中的运用

Application of external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in anejaculation

不射精症是男科常见疾病,目前西医对本病的治疗较为局限。近年来,中医在辨证论治用药的基础上探索了中医外治法在不射精症中的应用,并取得了一定的疗效,治疗上具有绿色、安全、疗效显著等特点。文章主要从肝、脾、肾功能失调的基本病机出发,立足不射精症的常见病因,有针对性地归纳总结了中医外治法,如针灸、按摩、刮痧、敷脐、导引等在不射精症中的运用,并分析了不同中医外治法的治疗机制,展望了中医外治法在不射精症中的重要地位,为临床中运用医外治法治疗不射精症提供理论支持。

Anejaculation is a common male disease. At present, Western medicine is limited in the treatment of this disease. In recent years, the application of external therapy of TCM in anejaculation has been explored and certain curative effect has been achieved, on the basis of treatment based on syndrome differentiation. The treatment method has characteristics of green, safety and remarkable curative effects. The application of external therapies of TCM in anejaculation, such as acupuncture, massage, scraping therapy, spreading naval, physical and breathing exercises and others, was targeted summarized in this paper, mainly from the basic pathogenesis of dysfunction of liver, spleen and kidney and based on common causes of disease of anejaculation. The therapeutic mechanism of external therapies of TCM was also analyzed. The important position of the external therapy of TCM in anejaculation was prospected, and it provided theoretical support for applying the external therapy of TCM to treat anejaculation.
