中医药柴胡类方抗抑郁现状研究与思考

抑郁样情绪会造成个体心境低落、生活兴趣丧失,最严重的抑郁样情绪主的抑郁症等情绪类疾病会导致患者出现自杀行为,给家庭、社会带来巨大的危害。近年来,化学药物长期服用给患者造成的毒副作用日渐凸显,而中药温和的药性和较低的毒副作用使其被逐渐应用到抗抑郁领域。中医药解郁常伴疏肝,要药为柴胡,进而在抗抑郁领域柴胡类方被广泛应用。但是柴胡类方抗抑郁作用可否经得起临床检验,表象下发挥作用的活性成分究竟为何?单味柴胡和配伍后方剂达到怎样的微妙效力等尚缺乏系统分析,尤其深层作用途径不明,急需从疗效、药理等方面系统分析柴胡类方的抗抑郁研究现状并提出解决方法,以促进研究的广度与深度。

In recent years, the toxic side effects caused by long-term administration of chemical drugs to patients have become increasingly prominent, while the mild medicinal properties and low toxicity of traditional Chinese medicines have led to their gradual application to the field of antidepressants. Treatment in traditional Chinese medicine is often accompanied by dispersing liver. And the important medicine is Bupleurum, which is then widely used in the field of anti-depressant area. However, whether the antidepressant effect of Bupleurum can stand the clinical test, and what is the active ingredient that plays a role in the appearance remains unclearly. There is still no systematic analysis of the subtle effects of single-flavor Bupleurum and prescription after compatibility, and in particular, the underlying pathways are unknown. It is urgent to systematically analyze the status of anti-depression research of Bupleurum from the aspects of curative effect and pharmacology, and propose solutions to promote the breadth and depth of research.
