摘要
近几十年来,国内外许多研究者开展了脉搏波描记和分析工作,并探讨脉诊的客观化问题。大量的临床实测结果证实,脉图的波形特征与心血管疾病有着密切的关系,脉图的变化是评价人体心血管系统生理病理状态的重要依据。文章评述了目前常用的脉图分析方法及其在冠心病中的应用。
In recent decades, many researchers at home and abroad carry out the research on recording and analysis of pulse, and explore the objectification of it. A large number of clinical measurements confirm that the waveform features of pulse recording are closely related to cardiovascular diseases. The change of pulse recording is an important basis to evaluate the physiological and pathological status of human cardiovascular system. This paper reviewed the methods of pulse analysis and their application in coronary heart disease.
