中医药在治疗反复移植失败中的应用

Application of the traditional Chinese medicine in treating repeated transfer failure

反复移植失败的病因复杂,是辅助生殖面临的难题之一。中医药在调经助孕有一定治疗效果,可以通过调整性腺轴生殖内分泌、生殖免疫,促使基础卵泡募集、卵泡发育成熟,提高卵子配子、胚胎质量;提高内膜发育及容受性;改善子宫及内膜血流等达到整体调控可能;以及在移植后同时给予中药安胎治疗从而提高妊娠、分娩活产及优生儿成功率。文章总结了中医药在反复冻胚移植失败上的应用,旨在为临床指导胚胎移植提供新思路新方法。

As one of the challenges in assisted reproductive technology, the cause of disease of repeated transfer failure is complex. Traditional Chinese medicine has a certain therapeutic effect in regulating menstruation and assisted pregnancy. It can improve the development and tolerance of the endometrium by adjusting the reproductive endocrine of the gonadal axis, reproductive immunity, promoting the recruitment of basic follicles, maturation of follicles, improving the quality of egg gametes and embryos; it is possible to improve the overall regulation of the blood flow of the uterus and the endometrium, and to improve the success rate of pregnancy, labor and eugenics by giving the traditional Chinese medicine at the same time after the transplantation. This article summarized the application of traditional Chinese medicine treats the failure of repeated frozen embryo transfer, which aimed to provide new ideas and methods for clinical guidance of embryo transfer.
