Application and research progress of new membrane technology integration in extraction of Chinese materia medica

膜分离技术在我国中药研究中起步较晚,起始于20世纪90年代初,主要应用在药液的澄清、精制和浓缩3个方面。随着膜设备和技术的不断发展和进步,膜分离以其高效、节能等优点在中药分离纯化中发挥更加明显的优势,膜技术及其集成化技术在中药提取中得到了广泛的应用。通过介绍膜技术及其集成化技术在中药提取中的研究进展,分析比较膜技术集成化与传统提取工艺流程,展望膜技术集成化在现代中药提取方面的发展方向。

Membrane separation technology started late in Chinese materia medica. It started in the early 1990 s, mainly used in 3 aspects： clarification, refinement, and concentration. With the continuous development and progress of membrane equipment and technology, membrane separation played a more obvious advantage in the separation and purification of Chinese materia medica with its advantages of high efficiency and energy saving. Membrane technology and its integrated technology were widely applied in the extraction of Chinese materia medica. By introducing the research progress of membrane technology and its integrated technology in the extraction of Chinese materia medica, the integration of membrane technology and the traditional extraction process were analyzed and compared, and the development direction of the integration of membrane technology in the extraction of modern Chinese materia medica was also discussed.
