肺癌患者的舌象特征研究进展

Research progress on the characteristics of tongue in patients with lung cancer

舌象作为较为客观的中医诊断指标,对肺癌患者证型与体质的判断有重要意义。近年来,肺癌的舌象特征研究朝着客观化、微观化、智能化方向发展,文章概述肺癌患者不同临床分期与病理类型舌象特征研究、舌象与证候的相关性研究、舌象参数与理化指标的相关性研究、舌象特征的建模研究、治疗前后舌象特征研究等方面综述肺癌患者的舌象特征研究进展,以期为肺癌患者的临床诊疗提供参考。

As a relatively objective diagnostic index of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）, tongue phases plays an important role in the diagnosis TCM syndrome type and constitution of lung cancer patients. In recent years, the research of lung cancer tongue image is developing toward to objectification, microcosmic and intelligentization. This paper summarized the characteristics of tongue features of lung cancer patients with different clinical stages and pathological types, the correlation between tongue image and TCM syndrome, the correlation between the parameters of tongue image and physical and chemical indexes, modeling study on the feature of tongue image, study on the characteristics of tongue image before and after treatment to review the research progress on the characteristics of tongue image in patients with lung cancer. In order to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer patients.
