中药注射剂不良反应原因分析及临床合理应用

采用临床调查、文献检索等方式,总结了中药注射剂不良反应/不良事件(ADR/AE)的基本情况,分析其产生原因,并对典型中药注射剂品种进行相关研究。旨在减少临床使用中药注射剂时不良反应与不良事件的发生,保证中药注射剂安全有效,更好地保障患者的用药安全。得出影响中药注射剂临床合理应用的因素有:溶媒及溶媒量的正确使用、混合配伍、滴速等。中药注射剂的使用有其独特的原则与规范,因此临床应用时应严格遵循其规范,以确保用药安全。

Through clinical investigation, literature, this paper summarized the Chinese medicine injection adverse reactions/adverse events（ADR/AE） of the basic situation, analyzed the causes and related research on typical varieties of Chinese medicine injection. In order to reduce the adverse reactions and adverse events in the clinical use of Chinese medicine injections, the purpose was to ensure the safety and effectiveness of Chinese medicine injection, and to better ensure the safety of Chinese medicine injections. The influence factors of clinical reasonable application of Chinese medicine injection were： the proper use of solvent and solvent amount, mixing compatibility, and dripping speed, etc.. The injection had its unique principles and specifications, which should be strictly followed in clinical practice to ensure the safety of drug use.
