补骨脂不同提取部位对肾阳虚大鼠燥毒性的影响 被引量:1

Dry toxicity effects of different extraction sites of Fructus Psoraleae on rats with yang deficiency of kidney

摘要 目的:探讨补骨脂对氢化可的松所致肾阳虚模型动物燥毒性影响的主要提取部位。方法:以脏器指数、肝肾功能、血清cAMP/cGMP、TNF-α、Na^+-K^+-ATP酶含量为评价指标,观察补骨脂石油醚部位、乙酸乙酯部位、正丁醇部位、水部位对氢化可的松致肾阳虚模型大鼠的影响。结果:乙酸乙酯部位组较正常组、模型组对肝、肾、肾上腺、胸腺指数,TP、Alb、ALT、BUN均有显著性影响(P<0.05);正丁醇组较正常组、模型组对肾指数、TP、cAMP/cGMP、血清TNF-α和Na^+-K^+-ATP酶的含量均有显著性影响(P<0.05)。结论:补骨脂中产生燥毒性的物质主要存在于乙酸乙酯部位和正丁醇部位中。 Objective: To explore the effects of different extraction sites of Fructus Psoraleae on dry toxicity of hydrocortisone induced yang deficiency of kidney model. Methods: Taking organ index, liver and kidney function, serum cAMP/cGMP, TNF-α, Na^+-K^+-ATP ase content as evaluation index to observe effect of the extract of petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, n-butyl alcohol and water on rats with hydrocortisone induced yang deficiency of kidney. Results: The ethyl acetate extract of Fructus Psoraleae can significantly influence on the indexes of kidney, liver, adrenal gland, thymus, and TP, Alb, GPT, BUN(P〈0.05). While the N-butyl alcohol extract of Fructus Psoraleae can influence indexes of kidney, TP, and the content of cAMP/cGMP, Na^+-K^+-ATP enzyme in serum significantly(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Dry toxicity ingredients mainly exist in ethyl acetate extract and N-butyl alcohol extract of Fructus Psoraleae.
