不同后下时间银翘散汤剂抗炎活性谱效关系研究 被引量:11

Study on spectrum-effect relationship of anti-inflammatory active of Yinqiaosan Decoction at different decoct times

摘要 目的:明确不同后下时间煎煮银翘散GC-MS指纹图谱与抗炎药效的相关性,表征银翘散有效成分的物质基础。方法:通过蛋清致大鼠足肿胀模型以测定大鼠足跖肿胀度、肿胀抑制率及PGE_2,采用双变量Pearson相关分析方法,将药理数据与银翘散GC-MS指纹图谱测定结果进行相关分析。结果:银翘散后下3min、5min汤剂的抗炎效果好,GC-MS分析鉴定出54种成分,其中,与大鼠足肿胀度相关的色谱峰有1号峰;与大鼠足跖肿胀PGE_2相关的色谱峰有3、6、7、8、9、10、13、17、24、25、29、30、31、34、35号峰。结论:对-甲基环已酮等挥发性成分应是银翘散煎剂中具有明显抗炎作用的活性部位,是治疗炎症疾病不可缺少的物质基础。 Objective: To clear the correlation between GC-MS fingerprint and anti-inflammatory effect of Yinqiaosan Decoction that decoct later at different times, and to characterize the efficacy material basis of active principles of Yinqiaosan. Methods: The rat model of foot swelling was established with the egg whites, and the association between pharmacological data and GC-MS fingerprint results was studied by using the bivariate Pearson correlation analysis method. Results: Yinqiaosan Decoction after 3min, 5min had good anti-inflammatory effect, and 54 components were indentified by GC-MS. The results showed that peak 1 was related to rat paw swelling, while peaks 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 13, 17, 24, 25, 29, 30, 31, 34 and 35 were related to rat paw swelling PGE2. Conclusion: Volatile components should be the active sites in Yinqiaosan Decoction which possess obvious anti-inflammatory effect, and it is an indispensable material basis for treating inflammatory diseases.
