从疮疡论治慢性前列腺炎的多中心临床观察

Multi-center clinical observation on treating CP with treatment of sore and ulcer theory

目的:观察从疮疡理论论治慢性前列腺炎(CP)的临床疗效。方法:采用多中心、自身对照的临床研究方法,共纳入307例,分别于治疗前及治疗后4周,观察美国国立卫生研究院慢性前列腺炎症状评分(NIHCPSI)、自觉症状分、体征及EPS检查分,并记录前列腺液中WBC及卵磷脂小体。结果:纳入有效病历293例,治疗4周后临床治愈127例,显效90例,有效62例,无效14例,总有效率95.22%,治疗后,患者CPSI、自觉症状分、体征及EPS检查分均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且WBC较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05)。结论:从疮疡论治CP临床疗效确切,值得进一步推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating chronic prostatitis（CP） with treatment of sore and ulcer theory. Methods： A multicenter, self-controlled clinical study was used to enroll 307 patients, before and after 4 weeks of treatment, to observe the National Institutes of Health Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Score（NIH-CPSI）, Conscious Symptoms, Signs, and EPS. The white blood cell counts in prostatic fluid were scores and record. Results： A total of 293 patients with effective medical records were enrolled. After 4 weeks of treatment, 127 cases were cured, 90 cases were markedly effective, 62 cases were effective, 14 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 95.22%. After treatment, NIH-CPSI, subjective symptoms, signs and EPS scores of patients were significantly improved compared with those before treatment（P〈0.05）. And the score of WBC was decreased than that before treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical curative effect of treating chronic prostatitis from sores and ulcer is definite and worth further promotion.
