毫火针联合银花汤治疗肺胃蕴热型寻常痤疮的疗效观察

Efficacy observation on filiform fire needle combined with Yinhua Decoction in treatment of acne vulgaris with the syndrome of the heat of lung and stomach

目的:观察毫火针联合银花汤治疗肺胃蕴热型寻常痤疮的疗效。方法:将入组的140例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组:治疗组实际入组65例,采用毫火针联合银花汤治疗;对照组实际入组67例,采用银花汤治疗。治疗4周后观察两组皮损评分和皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI),做出临床疗效评价。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.38%,对照组治疗总有效率为83.58%,两组有效率差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.85,P<0.05)。治疗组治疗前与治疗后DLQI积分比较差异有统计学意义(t=20.93,P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后DLQI积分差为(7.33±3.14)分,对照组治疗后DLQI积分差为(7.23±2.36)分,两组治疗前后DQLI积分差比较差异无统计学意义。结论:毫火针联合银花汤治疗肺胃蕴热型寻常痤疮较单独使用银花汤疗效显著,且毫火针临床操作简单,无明显不良反应,可联合中药内服用于治疗寻常痤疮。

Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect of acne treated by filiform fire needle combined with Yinhua Decoction. Methods： A total of 140 patients were randomly divided into a treatment and control group. The treatment group of 65 cases treated with combination of filiform fire needle and Yinhua Decoction, while the control group of 67 cases was treated only with Yinhua Decoction. The clinical therapeutic effect was evaluated by comparing the skin lesion mitigation and dermatology life quality index（DLQI） between the two groups 4 weeks later. Results： The total efficiency of treatment and control group was 95.38% and 83.58%, respectively, with significant difference（χ^2=4.85, P〈0.05）. For the treatment group, the difference of DLQI integral before and after treatment was statistical significance（t=20.93, P〈0.05）. The integral difference of DLQI was calculated as（7.33±3.14） and（7.23±2.36） for treatment and control group, respectively, and which showed no statistical significance. Conclusion： The therapeutic effect of the fire needles therapy combined with Yinhua Decoction is significantly greater than the Yinhua Decoction in treatment of acne vulgaris with syndrome of the heat of lung and stomach treatment; the filiform fire needles method is simple, with few obvious adverse reactions, and can be combined with traditional Chinese medicine to treat acne vulgaris.
