零售商主导的双回收渠道闭环供应链研究 被引量:6

摘要 研究了零售商占主导地位的,制造商和零售商同时实施废旧产品回收的双回收渠道闭环供应链的决策问题。在考虑回收双方之间具有竞争性的基础上,应用Stackeberg博弈理论建立了1个双回收渠道闭环供应链模型,探讨了零售商主导下制造商和零售商同时实施废旧产品回收的双回收模式下的最优策略,最后给出了供应链的最优零售价格、最优批发价格和最优回收率(包括制造商和零售商的回收率),发现制造商和零售商的最优回收率相同。最后分析研究了各渠道成员决策与支付给消费者的平均回收价格之间的关系,通过分析发现,零售价格、批发价格会随着平均回收价格的提高而提高,但是制造商和零售商的回收率以及制造商和零售商的利润会随着平均回收价格的降低而降低。 In this paper, we mainly address a topical issue of decisions of retailer-leading closed-loop supply chain with manufacturer and retailer collecting used products at the same time. Based on Stackeberg game theory, a retailer-leading closed-loop supply chain with double recycling channels is built that the competition between the two recycling channels is considered. And the corresponding optimum solution is given. Through the analysis of the models, we can show the conclusion that the optimum return rate of manufacturer and retailer is equal. At last, we analyze the relationship between the optimum solution and the average recovery price. We discover that the optimal retail price and the optimal wholesale price will grow with the average recovery price growing, but the optimal return rate of manufacturer and retailer and the maximum profit of manufacturer and retailer will lower with the growing of the average recovery price.
