自我感知老化对社区老年人抑郁情绪与成功老化的中介效应

Mediation effect of ageing perception on the relationship between depression and successful aging in community dwelling elderly

目的探讨社区老年人自我感知老化、抑郁情绪与成功老化的关系,为促进社区老年人实现成功老化提供依据。方法便利抽取沈阳市3个社区685名老年人,采用简版自我感知老化量表(B-APQ)、精简版流调中心抑郁量表(CES-D-R)和成功老化量表进行调查。结果社区老年人的成功老化、抑郁和自我感知老化得分分别为(41.35±10.66)、(5.87±3.31)和(47.43±13.88)分。抑郁情绪可直接影响社区老年人的成功老化,还可通过自我感知老化的中介作用间接影响成功老化,中介效应占总效应的36.4%。结论自我感知老化是抑郁情绪和成功老化的中介变量,树立积极的自我感知老化有利于社区老年人实现成功老化。

Objective To explore the associations between ageing perception,depression and successful aging among community dwelling elderly,and to provide reference for achieving successful aging.Methods A total of 685 community dwelling elderly were selected from 3 communities in Shenyang to fill out the Brief Ageing Perceptions Questionnaire（B-APQ）,Rasch-Derived Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale（CES-D-R）and Successful Aging Scale.Results The scores of successful aging,depression and ageing perception were 41.35±10.66,5.87±3.31 and 47.43±13.88 respectively.Depression had not only direct effect on successful aging,but also indirect effect on successful aging through ageing perception,with the mediating effect being 36.4%.Conclusion Ageing perception is an important mediator of the association between depression and successful aging.Improving ageing perception of community dwelling elderly can boost successful aging.
