摘要 以赞比亚瑞娜铜矿作为选矿试验研究对象,通过浮选流程方案比较,最终确定采用铜钴优先工艺流程进行浮选试验,通过捕收剂种类用量、石灰用量、磨矿细度、浮选时间、开路和闭路多组试验,在磨矿细度为-74μm占55%,铜粗选、扫选总浮选时间为10 min,铜精选时添加石灰的用量为300+100 g/t参数条件下,浮选闭路试验获得了铜品位为25.02%、铜回收率为95.95%的铜精矿,钴品位为0.23%、钴回收率为41.07%的钴精矿,较好解决了瑞娜矿体结合相矿石中铜、钴的回收率难题,为多金属选矿提供了重要的技术支撑。 In this paper the mineral processing experiments on Reyna ore in Zambia were carried out by comparison of flotation process schemes,and the selective process of copper and cobalt was finally determined.Through multiple tests on types and dosage of collectors,the dosage of lime,the grinding fineness,flotation time and open circuit and closed circuit tests.. When the grinding fineness was-74 μm accounting for 55%,the total floatation time of Cu roughing and scavenging was 10 minutes,the amount of lime is 300 g/t + 100 g/t for Cu cleanings,the following experimental results were achieved by closed circuit experiment: the grade of copper is25. 02%,the recovery of copper is 95. 95%; the grade of cobalt is 0. 23%,the recovery of cobalt is 41. 07%.The problem of ore body binding phase with copper and cobalt recovery was solved better,and the study provided important technical support for polymetallic ore dressing.
