刚果(金)某硫化铜钴矿浮选分离试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 刚果(金)某硫化铜钴矿铜品位为1.16%,钴品位为0.27%,根据工艺矿物学研究,96.93%的铜赋存在独立硫化铜矿物中,而68.75%的钴以类质同象的形式赋存在黄铁矿中,采用传统生产铜钴混合精矿的浮选流程,为保证浮选回收率所导致的大量黄铁矿混入,使得精矿铜、钴品位仅有19.33%和2.73%,钴金属在销售时无法计价,同时增加了运输成本。采用乙基黄药和Z-200作为混合捕收剂,NaHS和CMC分别作为调整剂和抑制剂,生产出铜钴混合精矿,再采用石灰调节矿浆p H值在12.5以上扩大含铜矿物与含钴黄铁矿间的可浮性差异进行铜钴分离,得到的铜精矿铜品位为36.59%,钴品位仅为0.91%,铜回收率达到了80.40%,而分离出来的钴精矿钴品位达到了9.69%,铜品位仅为7%,钴回收率达到了较高的80.95%,技术经济指标获得了大幅提升。 The copper-cobalt sulphide ore from DRCongo is composed by Cu 1. 16% and Co 0. 27%.Mineralogy tests shows that 96. 93% of Cu are occurred with independent copper sulphide minerals,while 68. 75%of Co are reserved with the form of isomorphism in the pyrite. In traditional processing method,as a majority of pyrite has entered into mixed copper-cobalt concentrate,the grade of Cu and Co could only be 19. 33% and 2. 73%in order to get a proper recovery,which increased the transportation cost and the lost all the value of cobalt during selling. Ethylxanthate and Z-200 were used as collector,NaHS and CMC were employed as conditioner and depressant to produce mixed copper-cobalt concentrate,than increasing the pulp pH to 12. 5 with lime to enlarge the difference of floatability between copper bearing minerals and cobalt bearing pyrite for the separation. The final grade of copper concentrate could be Cu 36. 59% and Co 0. 91%,the recovery of copper were 80. 4%,while the final grade of cobalt concentrate could be Cu 7% and Co 9. 69%,the recovery of cobalt were 80. 95%,the technical and economical efficiency were in a large extent improved.
