两种IPMSM直接转矩控制比较研究

Comparative Study of Direct Torque Control of IPMSM

在此对内置式永磁同步电机(IPMSM)两种恒定开关频率的直接转矩控制(DTC)策略,即基于双闭环比例积分(PI)调节器的DTC(PI-DTC)和无差拍DTC(DB-DTC)进行对比研究和分析。在对两种空间矢量DTC进行深入分析的基础上,通过实验分别从电机起动、稳态性能、动态性能及电流谐波等方面对这两种控制策略进行比较。实验结果表明,DB-DTC相较于PI-DTC具有更好的稳态和动态性能,且有更低的相电流谐波分量。

The direct torque control（DTC） strategy of two kinds of constant switching frequency of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor（IPMSM）, such as DTC with double closed loop proportional integral regulator（PI-DTC） and deadbeat DTC（DB-DTC） are compared and analyzed.Based on the deep analysis of two kinds of space vector DTC, the two control strategies are compared from the aspects of motor starting, steady state performance, dynamic perfor- mance and current harmonics respectively.The experimental results show that DB-DTC has better steady-state and dy- namic performance compared with PI-DTC, and has lower phase current harmonic components.
