摘要
此处在对油田抽油机在不同冲程的负载特性及能耗进行分析的基础上,使用晶闸管调压技术来匹配供电电压。同时通过对电网实时参数的精确测量,利用晶闸管投切电容器(TSC)技术对系统进行动态无功补偿。当系统三相负载不平衡时,提出采用基于平衡分量法分解的无功功率补偿方法,实现了不平衡负载的平衡化补偿。实物实验和工业现场测试验证了所设计的抽油机节能控制系统的有效性,达到了预期的节能效果。
The energy loss and load characteristics of oil pumping unit in different stroke is analyzed.The thyristor voltage regulation technology is used to match the supply voltage.At the same time ,through the accurate measurement of the realtime parameters of the grid,the thyristor switched eapacitor(TSC) technology is used to compensate the re- active power dynamically.When the three-phase load is unbalanced, the reactive power compensation method based on the balance component decomposition is proposed to realize the balance compensation of the unbalanced load.The physical experiment and the industrial test verify the effectiveness of the energy-saving control system of the oil pumping unit designed and achieve the expected energy-saving goal.
