摘要
传统电磁式电流互感器具有较高非线性特征,在低压小电流状态下检测互感器传变特性,波形中存在大量波纹,波形质量较差。提出小电流下空心线圈电流互感器输出波形质量测试方法,设计了印制电路板(PCB)空心线圈电子式电流互感器,对互感器传变特性检测方案实施设计,从T型积分器参数选择对电流互感器实施优化设计,确保其输出波形质量较优,实现暂态控制。对T型积分器低频动态性能实施改进,符合TPE级电流互感器最高峰值瞬时误差低于10%时,确保积分器上限截止频率最高。实验结果表明,所设计电流互感器输出波形检测结果在合理区间内,降低空心线圈内径可降低干扰互感器输出电压波形空间电磁场区域,数字化操作可确保PCB空心线圈电流互感器输出波形内纹波量显著降低,增强波形质量。
The traditional electromagnetic current transformer has higher nonlinear characteristics,and detects the transformer transmission characteristics in low voltage and low current state.There are a lot of ripples in the wave- form, and the quality of the waveform is poor.The test method of the quality of output waveform of hollow coil current transformer with small current, printed circuit board (PCB) hollow coil current transformer of transformer design, the transmission characteristics detection scheme design, choose to implement the optimization design of the current trans- former parameters from the T type integrator, to ensure the quality of output waveform is excellent, transient control. The low frequency dynamic performance of T integrator is improved, which meets the highest value of TPE class cur- rent transformer, and the instantaneous error is less than 10%, which ensures the highest cut-off frequency of integra- tor.The experimental results show that the design of the current transformer output waveform detection results in a reasonable interval, reduce the hollow coil diameter, can reduce the interference of transformer output voltage wave- form space electromagnetic field, digital operation ensures that the output ripple waveform of PCB hollow coil current transformer decreases, the waveform quality enhancement.
