摘要
根据二次型Boost变换器、耦合电感和倍压单元,提出耦合电感倍压单元高增益DC/DC变换器。通过在后级Boost电路单元中引入耦合电感,以降低开关管的电压应力;耦合电感次级连接倍压单元,通过输出端叠加以提高变换器的电压增益。由二极管和电容组成的无源无损吸收电路可减少由漏感引起的开关管两端的电压尖峰。详细分析了该变换器的工作原理及工作特性。最后,通过实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。
High voltage gain DC/DC converter based on coupled inductor voltage-double cell is proposed, which com- bines quadratic Boost converter with coupled inductor and voltage-double cell.The primary side of coupled inductor is connected to post-Boost circuit, which can reduce the voltage stress of switch tube.The secondary side of coupled in- ductor embedded in voltage-double cell can increase the voltage gain of the converter by voltage superimposed on output terminal.In addition,the passive lossless snubber circuit consisting of a diode and capacitor is adopted to re- cycle the leakage energy and therefore reduce the voltage spike stress of the switch.Principles and characteristics of the converter are discussed.Finally ,experimental results are presented to verify the analysis of the proposed converter.
