通过对达涅利板坯连铸机扇形段开口度测量检验方法的改进,根据不同钢种凝固特性,优化动态轻压下参数,同时优化生产工艺,实现了提升铸坯内部质量的目的。

This paper through the measurement and insepection method improving of Danieli slab caster segment opening, according to the solidification characteristic of difference steel grade, optimizatiing dynamic： soft reduction parameter, optimi- zafiing manufacturing technique meanwhile, the purpose of improving the internal quality of the casting blank was realized.
