酒钢原燃料条件变化对高炉炉况的影响分析

Influence Analyse of Raw Fuel Change on Blast Furnace Condition of Jiuquan Steel

2017年下半年以来,受原燃料价格持续上涨、质量变差影响,酒钢高炉技术经济指标劣化,各类消耗居高不下,且呈持续上升趋势,造成生铁成本大幅度上升。原燃料条件变差,造成炉况波动及技术经济指标劣化,严重影响高炉稳定顺行及炼铁安全生产。通过对近年来原燃料条件变化对技术经济指标及高炉稳定顺行的影响进行分析,总结出酒钢高炉能够适应的原燃料条件,进一步协调改善原燃料质量,优化炼铁技术经济指标,降低生产成本。

Because of the continuous price rising and quality deterioration of raw fuel since the second half of 2017, the technical and economic indicators of blast furnace of Jiuquan steel have been worsened. All kinds of consumption remains high level and it shows a continuous increasing trend which causing significant increasing cost of pig iron. The deterioration of raw Condition causes the fluctuation of furnace condition and the technical indicators, which seriously affects the stable operation of blast furnace and the safe production of ironmaking. This paper analyzed the effect of raw fuel condition on the economic indexes and the stability of the blast furnace in recent years. The raw fuel condition that can be adapted to the blast furnace was summarized. The raw fuel quality can be improved and the technical indexes can be optimized to reduce the cost of pig iron.
