摘要
用户在使用车轮钢生产轮辋过程中,出现批量焊缝开裂缺陷,涉及多个钢种多个规格。经对母材、焊缝、热影响区进行化学成分、金相、力学的分析,并对生产工艺全程进行追查,并未发现焊缝开裂与母材存在直接关系。经用户自查及对焊接工艺进行调整后,此类缺陷得到了有效的控制。
In the process of using wheel steel to produce rims, the user has the defect of mass weld cracking, which in- volves many kinds of steel and many specifications. By analyzing the chemical composition, metallography and mechanics of the base metal, weld and heat affected zone, and tracing the whole process of production process, there is no direct rela-tionship between weld cracking and base metal. After self-inspection by user and adjustment of welding process, such defects are effectively controlled.
