高硅合金浇注工艺改进技术

摘要 高硅合金的开发和生产,开始时采用普通硅铁锭模进行合金的浇注,结果由于合金锭偏薄,凝固速度过快,存在合金易碎裂、不好吊运、工人劳动强度大、合金表面质量差、合金损耗大等问题和缺陷。致使合金总体质量下滑,顾客满意度降低。 In the development and production of high silicon alloy, the common ferrosilicon ingot mould was used to cast the alloy at the beginning. As a result, the alloy ingot was thin, the solidification speed was too fast, the alloy was easy to break down, it was difficult to lift, and the labor intensity of workers was large. Problems and defects such as poor surface quality and high alloy wear caused the overall quality of alloy to decline and customer satisfaction to decrease.
