摘要
受电弓气动控制装置是我国"和谐"型电力机车辅助气动控制模块的功能组件,主要负责控制基于CCBⅡ型空气系统的"和谐"机车受电弓的升降。文中分析了一种由受电弓气动控制装置组成部件疲劳损坏引发的机车受电弓气动控制故障,阐释了故障原理和发生时机,提出现场处置流程与预防方法。经实际工况验证,该处置流程可以有效应对该类故障。
The pantograph pneumatic control device is the function component of the auxiliary pneumatic control module of China's HX electric locomotive. The device is mainly responsible for controlling the lift of the HX electric locomotive pantograph based on the CCBⅡ air system. This paper analyzes a locomotive pantograph pneumatic control fault caused by fatigue damage and explains the principle and timing of the fault. Finally, the on-site treatment and prevention methods are proposed. It is verified that the method can be an effective solution for this kind of failure.
