In Xi Jin-ping’s thoughts on democracy,political view,view on people,view of power,and view of democracy are primarily united.People’s stance as the fundamental political stance of the CPC is the integration of upholding the principal position of the people and people-centered principle,collectively supporting the fundamental political view of"the common aspiration of people is the most significant politics".The views of"people as the main body"and"people as the center"refer to not only cause and effect,the relationship of the interior and the exterior,but also the unification of the principles of"power authorized by people"and"power for people"in terms of view of power.Those construct the theoretical basis for Xi Jin-ping’s thoughts on democracy,elevate the CPC’s democratic theory to a new level,coordinate the intensity between procedural democracy and entity democracy,and contribute a new discourse system to contemporary democratic theories in the world.
