中国当前正致力于将社会主义核心价值观全面融入中国特色社会主义法律体系的建设过程。对中国而言,核心价值观与法治建设的结合不仅具有深厚的传统法律文化积淀,西方发达国家成功的融入经验也为我们提供了有益参考。社会主义核心价值观融入法治建设不仅是必要、可行的,同时也面临着理论与实践中的一些困难。在充分吸收借鉴古今中外将核心价值观融入法治建设经验的基础上,应着力在法治实践中注入社会主义核心价值观,为社会主义法治建设提供精神支持与道德力量,并以法治承载价值理念,为弘扬社会主义核心价值观提供制度保障,从立法、执法、司法、守法等多种渠道的制度完善与技术水平的提升等方面推动社会主义核心价值观成功融入法治建设。

China is engaged in integrating socialist core values into the construction of socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics.As for China,the integration of core values and legal construction boasts of the profound accumulation of traditional legal culture,and enjoys successful experience of western countries who have accomplished the integration.The integration is necessary and feasible,although it is faced with theoretical and practical difficulties.We shall thoroughly study and learn from the experience of integrating core values into legal construction at all times and in all lands,devote ourselves to integrating socialist core values into the practice of the rule of law,sustain the rule of law with core values,provide institutional guarantee for promoting socialist core values,and facilitate the integration through technological advancement and the institutional improvement in various channels such as legislation,law enforcement,justice,and law abiding.
