越南革新开放后中越两党关系的考察与反思

Investigation and Rethinking of the Relations between the Communist Party of China and the Communist Party of Vietnam after Innovation and Opening

中越两党关系源远流长,两党曾经构筑了"同志加兄弟"的亲密关系,也发生了摩擦,但两党关系的主流是友好的。革新开放后,中越两党逐步以平和的心态对待两党关系,逐步走向正常交往,摒弃了极端的做法,以国家和民族利益为最高准则,按照党际关系四项原则,注重两党之间的意识形态一致性同时又注意超越意识形态,而不再是以意识形态划界,一味奉行无产阶级国际主义,忽视甚至牺牲国家和民族利益。革新开放后两党关系健康发展的同时,也有一些因素影响其发展,如中越海上问题等。

The friendship between the Communist Party of China and the Communist Party of Vietnam goes back to ancient times when the two parties constructed＂comrade and brother＂intimate relationship.The friendly relationship is the mainstream despite some frictions.After innovation and opening,the two parties gradually treat with peace of mind their relationship,associate with each other normally,abandon the extreme behaviors and make the state and national interests the highest criterion in the relations between the two parties.The two parties,according to the four principlesof interparty relations,pay attention to the ideological consistency between the two parties,at the same time go beyond ideology,rather than blindly pursue proletarian internationalism,neglect and even sacrifice the state and national interests for ideological demarcation.The relations between the two parties develop healthily after innovation and opening,at the same time,there are some factors affecting its development,such as the maritime issues.
