摘要 能力作为一个社会实践性的范畴,具有能力要素、能力机制和价值指向三个相互联系、不可分割的维度。如果仅仅从能力要素或能力机制等单个视角看,我们不可能切实地理解其真正意蕴,也不可能切实地理解思想政治理论课教师教学能力的本真内涵。思想政治理论课教师教学能力是由若干基本的能力要素和基本的能力机制围绕思想政治理论课教学目标而组合和运动起来的有机结构。 As a category of social practice,ability has three interrelated and indivisible dimensions,including capacity factors,capability mechanisms and value orientation.It is impossible to understand the true meaning of ability and the true meaning of the teaching ability of ideological and political theory teachers only from a single angle of view,such as the ability factor or the ability mechanism.The teaching ability of teachers in ideological and political theory course is an organic structure composed of some basic elements of ability and basic capability mechanisms which are organically combined and moving around the teaching objectives of ideological and political theory courses.
