Analysis of engineering calculation software based on BIM technology

基于BIM技术的三大工程算量软件综合对比和BIM设计软件应用现状分析,选择广联达算量软件和Revit设计软件作为研究对象。在工程实例中,将Revit与广联达算量软件组合进行工程算量,通过土方工程、混凝土工程、砌筑工程、装修工程、门窗工程和钢筋工程六大部分的算量分析,证明Revit+广联达算量软件组合不仅准确度高,而且可避免重复建模,实现一模多用。进而分析该组合应用过程中出现的软件兼容性问题、数据转换问题以及算量规则规范化问题,并推广BIM技术在工程算量的应用研究。

Based on the comprehensive comparison of three engineering quantity calculation softwares of BIM technology and the analysis of the present application status of BIM design software,the Glodon calculation software and the Revit design software are selected as the research objects. In actual engineering,Revit and Glodon are combined for engineering quantity calculation,through calculation analysis of six parts including soil engineering,concrete engineering,masonry engineering,decoration engineering,window-door engineering and steel reinforcement engineering,it is proved that the Revit ＋ Glodon combination not only has high accuracy,but also can avoid repeated modeling and achieve multiple usage of one module. Then the problems of software compatibility,data conversion and normalization of calculation rules in the process of application of the software combination are analyzed,and the application of BIM technology in engineering calculation is also promoted.
