The intelligent information engineering is the special branch of construction engineering,which has the sameness and difference compared with the construction engineering cost. Based on the classification of the intelligent information engineering and weight of the cost,the cost control and management of the intelligent information engineering were described,and the specific control measures in terms of beforehand control,tracing and supervision during the process and review after the event were studied and analyzed.
