摘要
【目的】测定植物生长调节剂苯肽胺酸对辣椒(Capsicum annuum L.)生长及逆境生理的影响,探讨苯肽胺酸对作物生长的调控效应,为其科学合理使用提供依据。【方法】以辣椒为供试植物,芸苔素内酯为对照药剂,清水处理为空白对照,采用盆栽试验,在温室条件下测定不同质量浓度(133.3,200.0和266.7mg/L)苯肽胺酸对辣椒植株生长、叶绿素含量及逆境生理指标的影响。【结果】苯肽胺酸处理对辣椒植株株高和茎粗具有一定的促进作用,其中当苯肽胺酸质量浓度为200.0mg/L时效果最明显,与空白对照相比,施药后7,14和21d,该处理辣椒株高相对生长速率分别提高了40.00%,75.00%和135.00%,茎粗净增长量分别提高了33.33%,50.00%和25.93%;不同质量浓度苯肽胺酸处理,对辣椒叶片数增加量均无显著影响。苯肽胺酸处理后对辣椒植株叶绿素含量有一定的促进作用,其中以200.0mg/L苯肽胺酸处理效果最为明显,施药后7~21d,叶绿素含量较空白对照提高了16.33%~21.35%。施药后7~21d,与空白对照相比,不同质量浓度苯肽胺酸处理辣椒叶片的保护酶(超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶)活性增强,类黄酮、总酚、游离脯氨酸含量升高,而丙二醛含量下降,其中以200.0mg/L苯肽胺酸处理影响最为明显。与苯肽胺酸处理相比,对照药剂芸苔素内酯(0.075mg/L)也显示出类似的生物学效应。【结论】苯肽胺酸处理可明显促进辣椒生长并诱导其抗逆性增强,当其质量浓度为200.0mg/L时效果最佳。
[Objective] This study investigated the effect of phthalanilic acid on growth and stress phys- iology of pepper (Capsicum annuum L. ) for evaluating its biological function and providing basis for its application. [Method] After pepper plants were sprayed with different concentrations (133.3,200.0 and 266.7 rag/L) of phthalanilie acid, the morphology, chlorophyll content and related physiological indexes were measured and compared with those treated by brassinolides and water. [Result] Phthalanilic acidtreatment enhanced the growth of pepper plants with the best effects at 200.0 mg/L. Compared with the blank control, 7,14 and 21 days after spraying, the relative growth rate of plant height was increased by 40.00% ,75.00% and 135.00% ,and the net increase of stem diameter was increased by 33.33% ,50.00% and 25.93 %, respectively. Phthalanilic acid treatment with different concentrations had no significant influ- ence on the amount of leaves, while it had positive effect on the chlorophyll content. Compared with the blank control,the chlorophyll content was increased by 16.33 %-- 21.350/oo after treatment 7--21 days. The activities of protective enzymes (superoxide dismutase,peroxidase and catalase) of leaves and contents of total phenols and free proline increased after treatment, while the content of malondialdehyde decreased with the most significant effects at 200.0 mg/L. The control agent brassinolide (0. 075 mg/I.) exhibited similar biological effects. [Conclusion] The treatment with phthalanilic acid could significantly promote the growth of pepper and induce its stress resistance and the suggested concentration is 200 mg/L.
