摘要
电石水解时,每消耗1 t电石产生约1.2 t电石渣(干基),把电石渣转化成新的、附加值高的产品是解决电石渣对环境污染的关键。本文重点介绍了电石渣的成分、产量以及在建材、环境、化工等方面的推广应用,重点介绍了电石渣应用于氧化铝、氯化钙的生产情况。
When the calcium carbide hydrolyzes, it produces about 1.2t calcium carbide residue, which is the key to solve the environmental pollution by converting carbide slag into new and high value products. This paper mainly introduces the composition, production of calcium carbide slag and its application in building materials, environment and chemical industry. It mainly introduces the application of calcium carbide slag in the production of alumina and calcium chloride.
